Why did you want to work at Emerson?
I love working at Emerson School! I love that we are dedicated to meeting each child’s unique and individual needs.

In one word, what is your working style?
Effective

How would students describe you?
They would describe me as firm but fair, caring and their number 1 fan. I want my students to leave my classroom knowing I will be their teacher or mentor whenever they need me to be!

What would surprise people about you?
I have 4 kidneys!

What do you do when you’re not at Emerson?
Hang out with Joe, bake, cook, do physical activities. I especially enjoy running, biking and kickboxing! Oh, and I have a great love for Disney!

Who/what inspires you?
Joe donated a kidney so I would no longer be sick. It doesn’t get more heroic or inspirational!

What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
Any flavor that is not chocolate based!

If a movie were made about you, who would be cast to play you?
Emily Blunt. If Joe can cast Chris Hemsworth, I can cast Emily Blunt!
